preloved - hope skirt

preloved hope skirt is a mid length wrap skirt with ties. made in a crisp cotton poplin. the waistband has 3 buttons so you can adjust to your waist.  raw edge on hem and side opening. contrast stitching around opening.

condition 7/10 good except for some small holes as shown.
