every piece in our collection is thoughtfully sourced, carefully selected, and handled with the same care it deserves. we believe in slow fashion — in choosing quality over quantity, and in giving beautiful garments a second life.

what artisanal means to us

our preloved and upcycled pieces are individually assessed for quality, authenticity, and condition before they reach you. each item is unique; no two are exactly alike. minor signs of wear are part of a garment's story and are always disclosed in the product description.

our process

every item is hand-inspected and cleaned before listing
condition is graded honestly and described in full
alterations or repairs are noted where relevant
packaging is kept minimal and plastic-free wherever possible

materials & provenance

we prioritise natural fibres — cotton, linen, silk, and wool — and where possible we trace the origin of each piece. we work with independent makers, vintage suppliers, and ethical sources who share our values.
